Change Ownership


A.  FOR GOVERNMENT QUARTER / BARRACK
  1. Customer's should provide :
    • One photocopy of Identity Card.
    • One photocopy of letter from respective government department / housing commission stating the allocation of quarter/barrack.
  2. If the account has outstanding water bill more than the deposit, customer have to pay for the balance.
  3. Customer have to pay for the new deposit, RM60.00.
  4. Customer sign  the Agreement For A Supply Of Water.
  5. A copy of the Agreement For A Supply Of Water and the
    deposit receipt will be pass to customer.

 

 
B. FOR PUBLIC

a.  Personal
  1. Customer should provide :
    • One photocopy of Identity Card. (Certified True Copy)
    • One photocopy of Sale and Purchase Agreement / Memorandum of Sale by Public Auction / Memorandum Of Transfer / The Land Tittle / Letter Of Administration
  2. One photocopy of Sale and Purchase Agreement/ Memorandum of Sale by Public Auction / Memorandum of Transfer / The Land Title / Letter of Administration (Certified True Copy & stamp Certificate (if applicable))
  3. If the account has outstanding water bill more than the deposit, customer have to pay for the balance.
  4. Customer have to pay for the new deposit fee:
    • Domestic - RM60.00
    • Commercial - RM360.00
  5. Customer sign  the Agreement For A Supply Of Water.
  6. A copy of the Agreement For A Supply Of Water and the deposit receipt will be pass to customer.

 


b.  Company / Association 
  1. Customer should provide :
  • Company / Association Chop
  • One photocopy of Trade License, Form 24/49.(Certified True Copy)
  • One photocopy license and Sijil Pendaftaran / Borang 3 for association. (Certified True Copy)
  • One photocopy of Sale and Purchase Agreement / Memorandum of Sale by Public Auction / Memorandum Of Transfer / The Land Tittle / Letter Of Administration.(Certified True Copy & stamp Certificate (if applicable))
  • Authorization Letter with Printed Company Letter Head/ Association(If the agreement not signed by Businesss Registrator or Registered Directors)
  • Authorised Person's IC.
