ACCURACY TEST OF WATER METER (AT CONSUMER'S REQUEST)

If a consumer doubts the accuracy of his/her water meter, he/she can request for the meter to be tested.

(1) The consumer will be required to pay a Testing Fee of RM 20.00

(2) The Testing Fee will be forfeited if the meter registers correctly (i.e. within a variation of +3%).

(3) The Testing Fee will be refunded if the meter is found to be faster or slower by more than 3%. In the event that the meter is found to be faster more than 3%, the monthly bill will be determined by the average of 3 previous months reading.
