Disconnection
Temporary Disconnection - On Request
So if a consumer feels that a premise may not need water for a period of time, the consumer may request for TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION of the water supply.
Upon reconnection:
(a) The consumer will have to pay collateral deposit/topping up collateral deposit to the current rate;
(b) The supply will registered in the name of the legal owner;
(c) The consumer will be charged turning on fee (RM 5.50) which will be included in the first monthly bill after reconnection.
Disconnection of Water Supply
A. Government Quarter / Barrack and Personal-
Customer should produce :

Identity Card.

Water bill account no and address.

- Customer fill in and sign Form SWB-CSD-F-56 ( REQUEST FOR RECONNECTION / TEMPORARY / PERMANENT DISCONNECTION OF WATER SUPPLY / REFUND OF DEPOSIT ).
B. Company

Customer should produce :

Company Chop.

Water bill account no and address.
