Payment Problem
(i) I submitted a claim for payment, when can I get the payment?
Under normally circumstances, the Board is committed to release payment within 14 days upon submission of claim. At times, there may be complication that may delay the process of payment e.g. clarification over the work done/goods supplied, insufficient documents submitted for payment and etc.
(ii) How can I get my payment pertaining to the claim that I made?
The Board shall issue a cheque and send it to your business address.
