(i) Does your SWB provide any service on Off day and Public Holiday?

     SWB entertains all complaints vide Hotline Service No. 216311.

(ii) After the repair of the pipe, who is responsible to repair the damaged road?

SWB shall inform Sibu Municipal Council/Jabatan Kerja Raya/Sibu Rural District Council to repair.

(iii) Have your SWB any control rate for the charge of laying the internal pipeline by pipe fitter?

No. It is based on market value.

(iv) Where can we report if the pipe fitter is not friendly and very rude to the customer?

     You can send in a letter to SWB.
