Accordingly and in conformity to our Vision and Mission, Sibu Water Board will strive to attain the following goals:-

3. To provide our customers with the best valued quality service.

4. To develop and maintain a competent, highly motivated, result oriented organization, founded on a culture of teamwork, all working in a spirit of cooperation and harmony.
