Meter Reader Problem
(i) Do your meter reader come every month to take reading every month?
Yes. Our Meter Readers are carrying out Spot Billing every month.
(ii) Can your meter reader deliver the water bill to my house because the meter is fixed far away from my house?
The responsibility of SWB is up to the meter point; you can provide a mail box at the meter point.
(iii) Can your meter reader deliver the water bill to 1st floor onward? It’s because if the water bill is placed at the ground floor, it will get lost even if there is a letterbox. Sometimes gangsters will dismantle the mailbox.
Meter Reader is supposed to delivery the bill to the letter box and not encouraged to enter into private premises.
(iv) I have been receiving water bills for the past few months with 0,000 liters. Can your office replace a new meter as soon as possible?
Yes, we shall change the water meter. Thank you for informing us.
(v) I found that the water bill was not properly placed and it was lying about on the ground, can your meter readers help to deliver the water bills to my door way?
Our meter readers may not have the right to access to your doorway. Our meter readers are advised to place water bills in the letter box. If you do not have one, kindly arrange to install one for the convenience of bill delivery.
