Meter Reading

The water meter registers consumption in cubic meter (equivalent to 1000 liters). The meter may have a maximum of 8 windows representing from left to right 10000, 1000, 100, 10, 1, 0.1, 0.01, 0.001 cubic meters. READ ONLY THE 5 WHITE WINDOWS, from left to right. You will be billed to the nearest cubic meter.
