Notice To Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that AutoPay Service by Master/Visa Credit Cards for paying monthly water bills is available at Sibu Water Board.

You can authorise/request the Board to debit your bank’s Master/Visa Credit Card accounts to settle your monthly water bills by signing up a standing instruction, which is available at the Board’s customer service counter.

You may also download the standing instruction for from the Board’s website, www.swb.gov.my.

You shall also present your Credit Card and MyKad for verification while submitting the standing instruction. Download form
